Adoptable Pet of the Week

Animal ID: 827267
Adoptable kitten ID 827267

Hi there… I’m a gentle little kitten looking for a very special home.

When I first arrived at the shelter, I was only about a month old. My brother and I had been found abandoned, and we were both really sick and scared. Because we had upper respiratory infections, the staff had to limit handling so we could recover without added stress. It was a tough start, but I’ve been getting stronger every day.

Now I’m 4 months old, and while I’ve made great progress, I’m still learning to trust people. I may be a bit shy at first, but with patience and kindness, I truly want to come out of my shell. I’m not quite the snuggly kitten yet—but I want to be someday.

What I do love right now? Playtime! Give me feathers, strings, or anything I can chase, and I’ll happily show off my playful side. That’s the best way to bond with me and help me feel safe.

My brother was adopted a couple of weeks ago, and I miss him—but it also gives me hope that my person is out there too. I’m just waiting for someone willing to give me the same chance.

I think I would do best in a calm, quiet home without small children or lots of high-energy activity. A peaceful environment will help me continue building confidence and trust.

Adoption Fee: $135

This includes:
Vaccinations
Deworming
Flea & tick treatment
Microchip
Neuter

If you have a patient heart and are willing to help me grow into the loving companion I’m meant to be, I’d really love to meet you. 💛
