Adoptable Pet of the Week
Hi, friends! My name is Babs, and I’m hoping this is the week my forever family finally finds me.
I’m just 4 years and 8 months old, but I’ve already spent about half of my life in the shelter.
I first arrived at the shelter as a stray in April 2024. After waiting eight long months, I was adopted in January 2025. Unfortunately, I was brought back shortly afterward through no fault of my own. But I haven’t let that stop me from being the sweet girl I am! I’m loving, I’m playful, I’m housebroken, and I LOVE going for walks!
I would really love a family to call my own. Maybe that could be you? Come meet me at the Jefferson County Animal Resource Center! We can hang out together in the play yard, or you can take me for a walk and get to know me. Even if you can’t adopt me, please share my story. The right person might be just one share away.
