A High Ridge contractor is facing 23 felony charges after prosecutors say customers paid for roofing and exterior repairs they never received. But Titan hasn’t let that dim his sparkle one bit!
He’s still the same happy, affectionate, goofy boy who’s ready to start the next chapter of his life with a family of his very own.
